The Cockatoo Ferry

Groups, Private Charter, Sightseeing on the vintage ferry Codock II

The Cockatoo ferry operates a regular service during Easter, October and Christmas School Holidays. Information on fares and timetables below. Please note that this service does not operate on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Australia Day.

Outside these periods, the ferry is available for group bookings, or private charter.

Private Charter
Hire costs for private charter are from $250 per hour plus GST.

Group Bookings
For group bookings (minimum of 20 passengers) the costs is $12 for adults and $10 concession. The ferry leaves Woy Woy at 10:15am and tours for 2 hours. There is a stopover for lunch at  the Davistown RSL. The group will then board the Saratoga for the return journey at 2:25pm.

Disability Access

All passengers with mobility aids need to call ferry PRIOR to journey to ascertain which ferry is running which service on the intended day of travel. Disabled access to the CODOCK II is limited as this is a well deck ferry ie it has stairs and is not suitable for wheelchairs, some walkers or scooters. Access to the SARATOGA is limited to wharf & tide scenarios. CCF reserves the right to interchange ferries on both runs as necessary without notice.
